14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel

For distance sales, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts the day after you (or your nominee) receive the goods.

To Cancel: Inform us via email at support@nabzlabs.com before the 14 days end.

We will refund all payments (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Important Exemptions

The 14-day right does not apply (or is lost) for Goods sealed for health protection once unsealed. Our research peptides fall into this category due to contamination and safety risks. Most products are exempt once the seal is broken.

30-Day Voluntary Returns Policy

Beyond statutory rights, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind period. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Broken seals/opened packaging are Non-Returnable.
  • Perishable goods and hazardous materials are Non-Returnable.
  • Sale items are eligible for refund ONLY if faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us immediately at support@nabzlabs.com if your research material is damaged upon arrival.
